After registering and logging in, go to the Dashboard and click "Create New Widget". Fill in your widget details like name, website URL, and customization options. Once created, copy the provided JavaScript code and paste it into your website's HTML before the closing </body> tag.

Do I need coding skills to use NorasAI?

No! NorasAI is designed to be user-friendly. You only need to copy and paste a single line of JavaScript code into your website. Everything else is managed through our intuitive dashboard with drag-and-drop customization.

How long does it take to set up?

Setting up your first chatbot takes less than 5 minutes! Register, create a widget, customize it to match your brand, and add the code to your website. Your chatbot will be live and ready to assist visitors immediately.

What AI models does NorasAI use?

What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?

When you reach your conversation limit, your chatbots will stop responding to new messages until the next billing cycle. You'll receive warnings at 75%, 90%, and 95% usage. You can upgrade your plan anytime to continue service.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund.
